Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior is a fast-paced, invigorating, well rounded, fixed set sequence, instructed in a vinyasa style that allows each student to dive deeper into their practice. It includes intention setting, asana warm-up, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, chanting, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and offers hands on support throughout. Some previous yoga experience is recommended but not required.
