Who… those wishing to prepare for their day or week ahead by dedicating time to ground and become fully present in their bodies are drawn to this offering.

Why... to bring the energy of your mind, body and spirit back into alignment in support of your overall well-being. 

How... by engaging in pranayama [breath-control], asana [postures], and guided meditation [equanimity of the mind].

Also Available… private one-on-one custom yoga practices with sequences to meet the needs and support the individual physically, mentally and spiritually. 45-60 min, $44-55
