Monday: 6am Vinyasa and 1:30pm Guided Meditation + Community Reiki

Wednesday: 6pm 26+2 and 7:30pm Energy Work + Meditation

Friday 6am: Vinyasa

Who… those wishing to prepare for their day or week ahead by dedicating time to ground and become fully present in their bodies are drawn to this offering.

How... by engaging in pranayama [breath-control], asana [postures], and guided meditation [equanimity of the mind].
